I only use high quality supplies for my candles. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like different type of supplies or scents. I'll do my best to accommodate most requests.
I ship order within 1-2 business days. For large batch order, please allow 3-4 before your orders are shipped.
For U.S. orders, I use First Class standard shipping on small candles and Priority flat rate for large candles. For international orders, I use First Class Parcels or Parcel Post depending on the size of your order. For large orders, please contact me so we can arrange the best shipping price available.
Refunds and exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. If by any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just send me a message as soon as possible so we can arrange exchange of the products. Refunds are not accepted for used or damaged products. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
